Garden Pines Apartamentos

We had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this apartment complex. Our sister went missing from a neighboring property, and when we approached the leasing office to share information and ask for help, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. The staff showed little compassion or concern, and made it clear they did not consider our situation their responsibility. We were not allowed to leave any information or receive any support during an extremely difficult time.

For those... considering renting here, we strongly recommend evaluating whether management is equipped to handle serious situations with empathy and professionalism.

On a more positive note, we are incredibly grateful for the team at Pheasant Run Apartments. Their management was kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond to assist us. Their support made a meaningful difference during a very hard time. Lee mas

Been here over a year, if I need something done or fixed the manager is on it. I like how I am updated on the issue and what they are doing to resolve it!!! It's not often things go wrong but it's nice to know whatever it is, it is handled in decent time. The property stays clean and looks nice everytime I pull up from work. This is a small and quiet community...I plan on staying here awhile!!

this place is great. The landlord is so nice and attentive. The place is clean and the electricity is always cheap.

The manager of the property Misty is amazing. Any issue or problem that happens she's right on it with no hesitation. This is how an apartment complex should be run. Stop in and check them out you won't be disappointed.

I have lived here for a month, with no issues! Woke up to a roach on my counter and immediately contacted management. Less than an hour later they had someone there to take care of the problem and already have a follow up appointment! I’m so thrilled to call this place home!
