Nice, so far

Been here a few months and very nice so far. Quiet, clean, and very friendly management. I wish there were assigned parking places. Often get home from work & have to park away from my unit because someone's guests have taken my spot. It would be nice to have a dog park. Place seems nice, tho

Horrible

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Management lies on tenants. Even my attorney says this place is a joke. And that Has to be bad, when a lawyer has to call an apartment complex rules silly. Even the lease agreement is an irregular complicated wording compared to the handbook. Just absolutely not. Do NOT move here!!!

Terrible Neglect of Air Conditioning Issue Amidst Sweltering Heat

I am beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed by the lack of action taken in regards to the broken air conditioning system in my unit. Despite enduring three weeks of scorching temperatures outside, nobody has taken the necessary steps to fix this critical problem.

After numerous complaints and requests, the management only provided a small window unit for our living room, which can barely generate cool air in a limited area. We specifically requested an additional window unit for our bedroom,...
but they responded saying that none were available. Consequently, we have suffered through unbearable heat for the past three weeks, with temperatures over 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside and a stifling 83 degrees Fahrenheit inside.

To add insult to injury, there are gaps around the installed window unit, which have allowed dozens and dozens of flies to infiltrate our living room. I was shocked to discover this when I returned home today and spent half an hour to kill those flies.

It is simply unfathomable that the management could overlook the comfort and well-being of their residents to such an extreme extent. What's worse, they have now closed my maintenance request without any notification regarding when they plan to fix this problem.

Terrible terrible place

Yes, this complex is centrally located, and yes, they renovated, but cheaply. Used to be a great place to live, but changed quickly and they started leasing to anyone and that's the problem! People moving in are thoughless, low class, without a clue or care for how loud they are. There is theft going on, people working on their cars & trucks, people walk their dogs and don't pick up after them, homeless people sleeping in the hallways, loud kids leaving trash all over, and hanging out, dogs... barking, mailboxes were broken into, dog poop and trash all over the place. The pool was broken into. They took out the carpeting and laid some cheap flooring so now the noise is amped, people fighting, cops in there once a week. We didn't feel safe. Our apartment leaked and we're guessing had mold. Big turnover of maintenance & landscaping crews and it took forever for them to show up to fix anything, you had to wonder if they had the knowledge? It was a miserable place to live. The windows were big and bright but drafty, it just wasn't worth the money, especially when people above or below you were so loud, playing music and partying at all hours. At one time, it was a respectable, quiet place to live, with good people and responsible dog owners, now, not so much. Beware!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I was promised renovations would be done before I moved in. 12 months later, they are still doing the renovations. They do not respond to emergency issues. My apartment had a consistent issue with roaches. Came into my apartment at 5 am to do renovations. I received the apartment with a broken refrigerator that didn't get fixed until four months in. It may look nice, but it's overpriced and management is atrocious to say the least. They will not fix any issues you have.
