Bad neighbors/terrible parking.
I’ve lived here for a while, and unfortunately my experience has gone downhill. Parking is one of the biggest frustrations — there are never enough spots, and it’s common to come home and have to park far away or circle the lot multiple times. It’s stressful and honestly not what you expect when you’re paying this much for rent.
Another issue has been the neighbors. Several of them have been consistently rude and make living here uncomfortable. Instead of feeling relaxed at home, it often feels... like you have to deal with unnecessary attitude or tension. I’ve brought concerns to management, but nothing seems to improve.
For the price, I expected better parking, better management support, and a more respectful living environment. I wouldn’t recommend this complex unless improvements are made.
