Prime at Gardenside

I lived here for roughly 2 years (1 year and 9 months) before I finally called it quits for the following reasons:
1) The flooring in my bathroom started falling through. Told management, they told me to put in a work order...I did. The WORK ORDER WAS DELETED from the system.
2) AWFUL WATER LEAK! There was water POURING out of my ceiling above my shower at one point, and it even ran down my wall!
3) Due to the water leak, that they are aware of but refuse to really do anything about - my... bathroom constantly smelled of decay. The poor patch job under my bathroom sink fell in and the smell of mold and mildew was always in my bathroom. I had to leave the door shut and the bathroom fan running 24/7.
4) I had a MUSHROOM grow out of my ceiling!! I told them about it in March, ended up being sick all through April-June (had pneumonia at one point too). Told them about it again in AUGUST. It was still there when I left in October.
5) ROACHES!!!!! The people that they have spray, spray in 2 spots and call it at day. That is NOT how you do pest control properly.
6) The guy across the hall was cooking Meth.

Was willing to stay but they said the conditions weren't that bad to move me. Um excuse me? I thought this place was amazing. It was my first apartment and I was so happy to be here...it turned into a nightmare. Lee mas

My parents live in these apartments and pay way much. Their heating/ac unit been out for 3 months now and no update when it will be fixed. So now I’m getting involved I will be calling the city . My dad 77 mom 68 and have nephew lives with them with a heart condition which he can’t get to hot with a doctors note stating. These people don’t care about their residents. I definitely would think hard before moving there

Terrible management and place. Luckily we hadn’t signed the lease before realizing it. Refused to return our deposit but it was honestly worth giving up and moving anywhere else.

This property used to be beautiful and well taken care of. It has been let go over the past 5-6 years. Maintenance is horrible. Management even worse.

The previous owners/management actually cared about you, gave you a breakdown of what your utilities are & what it's for per building. The new ownership/management can't even open the pools for the summer, treat you like you're just a $$$, charge you for no reason at any given time. They give you a flat rate for your utilities and won't even break down what it's for and how much was actually used. And lies to your face on a regular basis. Don't put yourself through trauma I would not recommend... living here. I loved it before the new owners took over because you got what you paid for & the nice people. Now they charge way too much for broke down apartments with sewage problems and bugs of all kinds. Lee mas
