Rivers at Bluegrass

My experience may be helpful for future tenants to consider.
I visited this apartment in December, and at that time it had visible dirt, pet hair embedded in the carpet, and a strong cigarette odor. Management indicated that the unit would be cleaned prior to move-in.
On the day of signing, I was not given the opportunity to inspect the apartment and was informed that the cleaning had already been completed. Based on that information, I proceeded with the lease.
When I entered the unit, the... conditions appeared unchanged. I requested professional carpet cleaning or replacement, but the issue was not effectively resolved. I also requested a mutually agreed lease termination, which was declined without an alternative solution.
Within less than 30 days of moving in, pest-related concerns also arose, reinforcing my impression that the unit was not delivered in proper condition.

Me mudé a la propiedad a principios de marzo y, hasta ahora, ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. La administración fue muy amable durante el proceso de mudanza y firma del contrato de arrendamiento, y me ayudaron con algunas pequeñas reparaciones que necesitaba terminar tras la renovación. Mi hija también está muy emocionada por la temporada de piscina.

La administración es muy eficiente. Son muy amables y mantienen el lugar limpio. Pago mi renta y ellos cumplen con su trabajo.

Es imposible contactar con nadie. Y cuando lo consigues, no son amables ni les importa hacer el trabajo a tiempo. El complejo está sucio. Hay gente en los pasillos a todas horas, gente que claramente no vive allí. Tienen piscina, pero nunca ha estado abierta ni ha sido segura para usar. Hay reseñas falsas para mejorar su puntuación. Y se nota por el mismo vocabulario y la fecha en que se publicaron.

Probablemente estén borrando y añadiendo reseñas falsas (fíjate en que la mayoría son de fechas similares). Nunca arreglan nada, da igual cuántas veces vayas a su oficina (son amables y prometen que lo harán, pero pasan meses y nada). Algunos empleados son simplemente maleducados. Ojalá pudiera exagerar, pero no es el caso. Además, tienen cucarachas y un problema grave de moho del que son plenamente conscientes. ¡Qué asco!
