Not the best if you have a fear of bugs
This is the first time that I have ever done a review in my life, but I feel that it is necessary for this apartment complex.
I have had a very poor experience living at this apartment complex. Within weeks of moving in, I discovered a serious cockroach infestation—American, German, and other kinds of roaches—especially concentrated on the lower floors (Rooms 100 - 149) where I lived.
Despite multiple complaints and speaking directly with the office (Raven at the time), the problem was and... still has never been truly resolved. Pest control came out a few times but their "pest treatment" involved only spraying the wall floor boarders and not actually trying to find the source of the issue. This is a building-wide issue that management (Raven at the time) has been aware of for years (check the other reviews if you don't believe me), but has not made a significant enough attempt to actually solve the problem during the time that I have been living here.
As someone who has developed a severe fear of cockroaches due to this issue, this unresolved situation has caused me constant stress, sleepless nights, and emotional distress. I couldn’t relax in my own home, and management’s repeated failure to handle the issue made me feel helpless and unheard to the point that I stopped making complaints. While the cost is cheap, I don't recommend this place to someone that has a fear of bugs. No amount of cleanliness and DIY remedies in your own home will keep the cockroaches away. Some of the residents of the lower floor have been seen doing a lot of sketchy things at well at nice.
The amenities and kind management are nice, but as a college student, the last thing I need is more stress from a decade-long cockroach issue on top of my school stress.
