Great view

It has a great views and modern interiors. You can enjoy staying the location because it highlight the amenities and there is a vibrant living option with great city access.

After 4 years living at City View apartments...

I lived here for 4 years. The location is the perfect compromise between a quiet and peaceful place and close to everything like grocerie stores, Newport on the levee, downtown Cincinnati etc...
The new managment does a great job! They make things moving in the right way: they constantly upgrade things, the maintenance is quick, they organise social parties...
Relaxing on my balcony in the evening, with the skyline view is my favorite.

Very pleased here.

I love it here! The view is great, and it’s a very central location, close to everything! Chrissy has been very helpful with everything my roommate and I have needed. And she did a great job answering ALL of our questions and making us feel comfortable before we moved in.

Great View and Living Situation

City View is a great place to live. The view of the city is incredible and the people who live there are wonderful as well. Gwendolyn, the apartment manager is amazing. She takes her job very seriously and is very accommodating to the needs of the residents. Overall City View is a great place to live and I would highly recommend it.

Great location and view.

Love the view and location. Close to lots of stores, bars and entertainment. Nice that the commute is only a couple of miles to downtown and you don't have to get on the highway. Everything is well maintained. Small complex in a residential neighborhood makes you feel like part of the community. Nice that it is surrounded by old growth trees so close to the city. The Roeses throughout the complex are beautiful and bloom all season. Parking for residents is but for guests not the greatest.... But the office will deliver your requested guest passes to your doorstep which is nice. Is a great location to watch the fireworks on the river. The landlord was there all day meeting/greeting guests and residents and making sure everyone enjoyed the day.
