Dover Heights Apartamentos

The new management is very responsive and helpful when issues arise which is a change from the previous manager. we had an issue with our dishwasher which was promptly looked at and replaced when needed. Like most apartment complexes, there are definitely areas of improvement but you can tell that the new management is working on this. They're also currently renovating our gym which is great.

This place is very nice. Very clean. Very quiet. Staff is super. Neighbors are very nice. Love it. Nice grounds in summer. Awesome job with snow removal salting in winter

These are good family apartment with facilities like gym and kids play area. Management is good and respond to your issues in timely manner.

Nice units, quiet neighborhood!
Friendly neighbors. On time when they respond in to resolve any issue in the unit.. Basketball court plus a grilling spit with a playground for the warmer months.

It's been good so far we really like how everything is organized and relatively clean and when we have a problem it is pretty quick to fix it
