The Harlo

We’ve really enjoyed our experience here. The building is beautiful,the staff is friendly,and the amenities are top-notch. From the rooftop views to the fitness center, everything feels thoughtfully designed.The apartments are modern,clean,and comfortable,with great attention to detail.The team is great and helpful, and the atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming. Big shout-out to Manny! ?? The common areas are always spotless stylish, and everything in the neighborhood.
My only small complaint... is the parking situation. The gate occasionally malfunctions which not a huge deal on its own. However, the HELP LINE experience can be frustrating. The agents on the other end often don’t resolve the issue and sometimes even hang up. Considering the monthly fees we pay, the parking service could definitely be improved.
Aside from that, it’s been an amazing place to call home. If The Harlo could make parking more convenient or affordable, it would easily be a five-star experience across the board. Lee mas

As has been the case for the last 5 years, things just keep getting better at the Harlo. I'm continually impressed by the diligence and foresight of management -- for example, installing a new leak warning system to avoid unnecessary situations that could be preventable. Management has also been very active in promoting social activities for its residents in an attempt to really make this a community. One thing to say is that it is on the expensive side to remain here, but with everything... offered and the way the residents are taken care of, you really do get what you pay for. Hoping to remain here for a while longer, until at least I have to move out of state or something. Thanks Team! Lee mas

The Harlo is truly special. The team genuinely cares about residents, Manny at the concierge makes everyone feel welcome, and Sobner from maintenance always goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place that feels this much like home.

I am a newer resident to this apartment, and it has been so smooth and easy. The amenities are lovely and anytime anything comes up, there is always someone to help. Melvin and Manny have been especially helpful and attentive at the front desk, they are great and always are willing to help and go above and beyond.

Love living at the Harlo. The amenities are amazing and the staff are wonderful. Resident events are always fun times and the location can't be beat!
