Thank you for your feedback and I do apologize that you have been experiencing this issue. I see in our system that we had one pest control request in mid-February and beyond that we did not receive any other notice that the issue was... persisting. I have gone ahead and scheduled with our Maintenance team to go to your unit and discuss any continued issues with you further so we can properly schedule additional treatments. It is always our goal to provide our tenants with a clean and comfortable living space and I want to let you know that we are in the process of changing our pest control company so that we can provide the utmost, effective service. Depending on what early lease termination option you chose, you might be responsible for rent until the end of November... or until the apartment is re-rented to a new tenant.
