Thank you for your feedback and I do apologize that you have been experiencing this issue. I see in our system that we had one pest control request in mid-February and beyond that we did not receive any other notice that the issue was... persisting. I have gone ahead and scheduled with our Maintenance team to go to your unit and discuss any continued issues with you further so we can properly schedule additional treatments.
