AVA North Point has the *worst management* I’ve ever dealt with, and it’s only getting worse every year. After living here for over four years, I can confidently say that their handling of resident concerns has plummeted, and they clearly don’t care about the people who live here.
Recently, they rolled out a *new payment system*, and because of a minor error — I forgot to turn off BiltProtect — one of my payments bounced. To make it worse, the... payment was *almost a week before the deadline*, and I paid it immediately. But instead of resolving this quickly, they *froze my online payment account* and refused to unfreeze it despite my *4-5 calls* requesting help. Every response I received was robotic, with no flexibility or understanding.
On top of that, they *forced me to send the payment by physical mail*, as if we’re still living in the 1990s! This caused *extreme inconvenience and anxiety*, not to mention damage to my mental health. They dragged this simple issue out as long as they could, making my life unnecessarily difficult.
What’s infuriating is that after years of loyalty — even bringing in 3-4 new residents — management continues to decline. It’s clear they don’t care about their long-term tenants. The *only* good thing about this place is the maintenance staff, like Juan and Steve, who are incredibly nice, efficient, and quick. They’ve always been the bright spot here, solving issues fast, but that doesn’t make up for the absolute disaster that is the management.
If you want to deal with a management team that gets worse every year and treats you like just another number, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, *save yourself the stress* and *stay far away* from AVA North Point!
