Market Central Apartamentos

I've lived here for almost a year and I highly recommend this building. It's solidly constructed and I get no noise from my neighbors - only a bit of noise from the street if you face Mass Ave, but that's well worth it to live in such a vibrant neighborhood with so much at your doorstep! Units are well laid out and beautifully modern, views of Boston and Cambridge are spectacular, amenities are fantastic, and staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The trash chute on our floor is not working and there is an awful smell in the main lobby too. We were promised some temporary furniture but in vain. Also, the leasing team didn’t revert with the required papers .
On the positive side , the concierge staff were helpful.

Just moved in but great experience so far! Great amenities and very recently renovated. The locations is a huge plus for me. The place is spacious and the community at Market Central is very friendly

Market central had great amenities, friendly staff, and a great community. The gym is great and I like that there is free coffee in the shared kitchen until 2pm.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment building! The management team is responsive and helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are always clean and well-maintained. The building feels safe and quiet, and my unit was in great condition when I moved in. I’ve also really appreciated how convenient the location is—close to shops, public transit, and parks. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to call home!
