Jade Apartamentos

Jade management is easy to work with and helpful, the building is thoughtfully designed with great amenities and easy access to the Chelsea bus station and commuter rail (1 stop/10-15 mins away from downtown). My neighbors are quiet and respectful, it seems to be mostly grad students and young working professionals which is great! So far I have really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend.

I recently moved into The Jade, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Priscilla was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the entire leasing process stress-free.

The staff and community of Jade is unmatched. Excellent experience, excellent living, and excellent service.

Overall good experience. I was concerned about the train noise at first but it wasn't the issue if I stay inside. Sound proofing within units are good but not for outside noises. I always hear loud noises of trucks and bikes down the road. And the water pressure of bathroom is too weak. Sink is way better but I don't undrrstand why it is so eeak for both of our bathrooms. It's painful. When we were touring the apartment, it was better than this. But the amenities are beautiful, clean and make me... feel like I'm staying in the beach. Fllor plan is also good and my unit gets plentiful sunlights every morning and evening. People from the leasing office are so kind and friendly. I know this is new property and there are many things coming(e.g., fridge in the package room) so excited to see how Jade will be improved. Happy to live here - just few small things to be fixed. Jade is a beautiful place to live with friendly people and a wonderful staff. The amenities, such as the gym and outdoor area, are great for those who need a good workout or simply want to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
