The Washingtons Apartamentos

I was looking to move out of my previous apartment when the lease was up. I was looking at apartment complexes because of the availability of amenities. I felt like a lot of places charged significantly more for community amenities and did not provide that information up front. The Washingtons/Greystar are very transparent on their website related to costs and space. The leasing agent was very easy to work and communicate with and made the process simple and efficient!!

The apartment complex is thoroughly cleaned. The management is excellent. I feel safe living in the community. The area around the apartment complex is pretty clean and peaceful.

Yes, it is a great place to leave to raise your family and the team are very nice professional and very honest and respectful so far everything is excellent. I have nothing negative to say.

A quiet spot with easy access to everything you could want. Forests, beaches, small towns, downtown, you name it.

We really like living here! It is in a great area and is very cleanly, just wish there were more resident activities or events held.
