Berkshire at the Pinehills

At first the apartments looks great but after a few months living at the Hanover the build quality and quality of materials used is very cheap. laminate hardwood floors scratch and swell extremely easily from water seems to be the lowest quality I’ve personally ever seen. Quartz counter tops Are not even straight either to the wall or oven. Elevator was down for almost a month. Internet was down and was on backup system for a month and if you do remote work with software then it definitely... affects you. Sound proofing wall are OK but dogs, and loud neighbors can easily be heard through out the night. On a typical week you can see one or two cops and ambulance pull up to either apartment building. We have been woken up multiple times from cop lights in the middle of the night and noisy neighbors from anywhere from 10pm to 5am. If you’re looking to sleep in and have a peaceful apartment Hanover is not the place. Dogs barking none stop, neighbors fighting and can be heard threw the walls, appliances that don’t hold up, multiple maintenance calls from appliances breaking or not working, parking can be a pain if you work late. The price for what is charge for the Hanover is extremely inflated for what you get in return. Pinehills is a fantastic area but I would look elsewhere at other apartments and rentals in the area before sticking with the Hanover. Lee mas
