I've been living at Rosemeade Apartments for over 10 years now, and honestly, it’s been a great place to call home.

The grounds are always nicely kept, and snow removal in the winter is quick and reliable—which I really appreciate. Common areas stay clean, and the other residents are respectful, so everything feels cared for. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, the team’s been very responsive,

One of my favorite parts? The fireplaces in many of the units. Having a washer and dryer in the unit... is also a big convenience.
Plus, assigned parking makes life easier.

I’ve lived here since 2021. I Love my apartment. There is amble room to walk my dog, the facilities staff is always quick to respond!! And management is right there if you have any questions or issues. This is a community not just a place to live. The residents here are warm and inviting. If you’re in doubt, don’t be. Rosemeade is worth it!!!

I've been a happy resident of Rosemeade Apartments for over 20 years, and I can honestly say it's been a wonderful place to call home. If you're looking for cozy accommodations with competitive leasing rates, I’d definitely recommend giving it a look. The landscaping is always well maintained, and during the winter months, snow removal is handled quickly, which is a big plus. The common areas are consistently clean and uncluttered—residents are respectful and management ensures that no personal... items are left lying around. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the apartments themselves are kept up-to-date, with appliances and finishes being refreshed periodically to keep everything looking modern and well cared for. One of my favorite features is the functional fireplace found in many of the units—it adds just the right touch of cozy warmth during those chilly months. Washer and dryer hook-ups are also available, which adds a lot of convenience for in-home laundry. The community is primarily made up of adults, and every now and then, there are a couple of hosted events that provide a nice opportunity to mingle and get to know your neighbors. Plus, assigned parking makes things simple and stress-free. All in all, Rosemeade Apartments has truly been a comfortable and well-managed place to live. Lee mas

I moved here in June. Ms. Sharon was very friendly at first . The apartment I moved into seemed perfect , but soon things started to fall apart. The towel holder broke and the heat did not work in the winter.The major issue was the pipes. The pipes burst and water went all around my Tv. About 2 months later it happened again. So, we had to stay in the model apartment both times. During, this time I decided to move to another apartment. We moved in the apartment and everything was ok at least I... thought so. When my husband would go to the leasing office I would be on the phone with my husband. I over heard her saying he is so handsome. A few day late later my husband come home and tells me that Sharon asked him why my name is always on the mail and not his name. So, today I went to the leasing office and told not to read my mail and do not ask my husband any questions just ask me. Lee mas

I currently live here with my girlfriend and all we’ve been having is problems since we moved in in may 2017. It’s now October and having only lived here for five months, we already can’t wait to move out. Here’s our list of problems so far:

1. The staff have no communication between them. We’re constantly getting calls from the office saying that we need repairs done in the apartment and that maintenance has to get in. When we confront maintenance, they have no idea what we’re talking about....

2. If repairs actually do need to be done, the staff works around their schedule and not yours. Mind you, we have two dogs that will nip at strangers and we’re constantly telling the staff that one of us needs to be home in order for them to go in so we can control the dogs. They keep telling us that the days and times that we’re telling them that they can come in the apartment doesn’t work for them. For over a thousand a month, you would assume they would be much friendlier and actually work with you.

3. There are some apartments that have mice problems and the staff have been notified several times about the issue. I know this because two of our neighbors have mice problems and they have told us their horror stories. Maintenance and the staff basically said there’s nothing they can do about it except to put glue traps down (that hasn’t helped). Our neighbors are so fed up with it that they have said that they’re going to call the business bureau.

4. The staff keep leaving notices on everyone’s doors saying that they have scheduled dates and times for inspections of every unit. My girlfriend and I made it a point to take the days off that we’re listed on the papers and come to find out, it never even happened. Time was taken off from work for nothing and they didn’t even let us know what was going on.

We continue to have problems mostly with the staff and it’s irritating. The staff should be friendly and willing to work with you because of how much the tenants pay for rent, but instead it’s just the opposite. This was unfortunately our first apartment together and I regret choosing this complex. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and I can’t wait to move out. Lee mas
