Tatnuck Square Apartments Worcester

We have not had lights at the front and side doors that come on at sundown like the other buildings do for about two years. Several maintenance requests have been submitted and management has been notified to no avail. The mailman said that he has a difficult time seeing when he’s delivering the mail. The property is not being maintained and residents do not pick up after their dogs. I could go on but no one seems to care.

Most of the time, the office is closed and no one is available. When other management companies owned this property, everything was well-maintained and clean. Now, the laundry machines are frequently out of order and extremely dirty—no one cleans them. Previous management used to clean them daily.

Key fobs often don’t work, and the common areas are very dirty. This year, the pool opened very late, even though the lease states that residents should have access throughout the entire summer, not... just for a month or so.

You end up paying a lot of money to live here but receive nothing in return. Francesca, the general manager, never replies to emails, and no one seems to care if you have an issue with your apartment. I had to contact the City of Worcester just to get a problem resolved.

Do not make the mistake of moving here!

This complex has gone downhill since Arrowpoint Properties took over. It’s obvious that this company does not care about its tenants. The pool isn’t open and it doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon. The key fobs haven’t worked for a week. The grounds and common areas are a mess.

I've been here 10 years and I love every single minute of it the area is safe and I love my neighbors and I love management. I hope to live here for another 10 years I don't want to mobe

It feels like Tatnuck Square has continued to decline despite managements best efforts. I am giving this review a 3 solely on the basis of that effort.

Residents are disruptive in the stairwells, running, shouting, and littering. The laundry rooms are left littered and trash pikes up as individuals use the lint-bins to discard other items.

The equipment in the dog park was mishandled immediately, leaving two broken pieces in the space that have not been removed. Dogs are often off-leash... despite property & city ordinances but it seems like the rules are only informed for certain people.

The grounds are littered with snack wrappers and food that is not picked up. Also, while walking thr grounds for fresh air you will encounter the strong odor of marijuana despite not being allowed on property.

The pool is lovely, there are dumpsters & on-site laundry, many friendly neighbors to chat with, and the apartments themselves are good sized.

Property would definitely benefit from cameras. Lee mas
