Most of the time, the office is closed and no one is available. When other management companies owned this property, everything was well-maintained and clean. Now, the laundry machines are frequently out of order and extremely dirty—no one cleans them. Previous management used to clean them daily.
Key fobs often don’t work, and the common areas are very dirty. This year, the pool opened very late, even though the lease states that residents should have access throughout the entire summer, not... just for a month or so.
You end up paying a lot of money to live here but receive nothing in return. Francesca, the general manager, never replies to emails, and no one seems to care if you have an issue with your apartment. I had to contact the City of Worcester just to get a problem resolved.
Do not make the mistake of moving here!

We would like to assure you that we have a dedicated onsite cleaner responsible for maintaining the laundry rooms. If you notice that they become... untidy after they've been cleaned, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can address the situation promptly. As you are aware, there were no rent increases during the pandemic due to the moratorium restriction in place. However, due to rising operational costs, a rent increase has become necessary to allow us to continue essential repairs and maintenance throughout the property. Regarding the FOB keys, our third-party vendor is currently handling the matter and will continue troubleshooting the ongoing issues. We understand how inconvenient this can be and appreciate your patience.
