I'm very happy at Gardens of Annapolis. My apartment is comfortable and meets my needs. I enjoy being part of the community and meeting other residents, and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. A range of activities makes it easy to stay busy and meet people with similar interests.

I have been a resident for 4 years and several things could be improved upon. Former management was unsatisfactory in several ways and many residents feel this way...things overheard when residents share
with others. New management I feel is more concerned about how residents wants and needs will be met. It will take few months to achieve this but patience and communication and follow up updates will be on the horizon from new managent to the residents and future residents.

Gardens of Annapolis has been a very good choice for me. My apartment is comfortable and I especially appreciate having my own outdoor space, a washer and dryer, and being within walking distance of such essentials as grocery shopping. The community is welcoming and there are plenty of activities to engage many different interests.
