Excellent accommodations!

We stayed there last year for over a month while my wife had a medical procedure done at Johns Hopkins. The apartment was very well furnished and equipped for extended stays. I would definitely use them again.

Bad manager and poor construction

First, we chose a different apartment in the building because it had a lower price. However, we were later informed that it was a mistake and that the apartment was already occupied. As a result, they offered us a different apartment with no sunlight at a higher price. Since we were in another state, we accepted the offer virtually. It was a terrible experience. Additionally, the building materials were of poor quality, and only the common areas were nice. Our car was fined $500 in the parking... lot because we forgot to update our license plate information in the app after getting a new license plate. Furthermore, the suite was infested with flies. I do not recommend it.

Poorly Built

Great location with good amenities (when they are working). Be prepared to hear everything from the apartment above you, from footsteps to their shower running and toilet flushing. Heat and A/C are both extremely loud when they kick on, and you will most likely have to purchase a dehumidifier on your own for their summer.

Easily the Worst Place to Live in Baltimore

This is not a luxury building!! Do not be fooled by the reviews left by employees of the Wood Property Group. I have yet to talk to a single tenant who is pleased with the building. Theft is a regular occurrence here. Oh and make sure if you do move in you install a camera. The property group will enter your home without approval.

Absolutely love this building. The fitness center has everything I need and then some! the Pool and other amenities are just as nice. The leasing agent Marion was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
