Avana Heather Ridge is a beautiful hidden in plane sight community. It is a small community, very pleasant, quiet, and clean. The community is lovely and close to everything, wonderful community events and more. The pool is small but beautiful and quaint, and the gym and racket ball room is awesome. To sum it all up, it's little expensive but very nice community.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, and relaxing place to live. Children live here but you would never know, there is no loitering and it’s a beautiful tucked in the woods place to live. I absolutely love it, it’s a lil pricy but it’s so peaceful.

I love the way it’s well lit in the stairway, and the community because as a woman that is something I look for and that puts me in a more safe head space.
I feel the 3 bedrooms could have more space, but overall I would recommend this community.
