Don’t move here
This community was once a pleasant place to live, with respectful and considerate neighbors. Unfortunately, beginning last fall, groups of unsupervised youth, both residents and outsiders, have increasingly gathered on the property. They regularly occupy the apartment hallways, where they party and smoke marijuana at all hours of the day and night. Whether it’s 10 a.m. on a weekday or 2 a.m. on a Sunday, the disturbances are constant.
The pervasive odor enters my home making me ill and forcing... me to be exposed against my will. Beyond the nuisance, these gatherings create an environment that feels unsafe. I often feel uncomfortable leaving my apartment when they are present, and I even hesitate to travel, concerned that the situation could escalate to break-ins.
Despite repeated written and phone complaints since last fall, management has failed to take meaningful action. The security company they hired appears to serve only as a show of effort, providing no real enforcement. Residents are instructed to call the police, but response times are slow—or officers never arrive at all.
Additionally, management is consistently unresponsive to maintenance requests, fails to return calls, and does not answer their so-called emergency line. Their priorities seem limited to protecting their own property and ensuring timely rent collection, with little regard for residents’ safety, well-being, or quality of life.
Recommendation: I strongly advise against moving here. The crime is bad and management is untrustworthy, unresponsive, and neglectful of residents’ concerns.
