Going Downhill
These apartments are extremely old and overpriced for the amenities the complex provides. Roaches and mice are also a problem due to the non-cleanness of the buildings and some residents who are hoarders. Management and maintenance could care less as long as the money is coming in. Consider looking elsewhere for your next home.
