Feeling mislead
I am very disappointed and frustrated with how the early lease termination process was handled. I was given minimal, unclear, and what I believe to be misleading information about how to pay my financial obligations at the time of termination. As a result, I now owe nearly double what I otherwise would have. Attempting to find solutions has been extremely difficult and has placed significant strain on my family.
