Windsor Court and Tower

I had a genuine nice stay here and I am a little sad that it has come to an end. As my very First apartment. I would definitely say it was cozy and not bad at all. I’m not sure whether the reviews say that there is an infestation because I never once saw anything and I moved in December 27 of 2024, until current.

I moved in July 1st 2024. I’ll start off with saying all the apartments are not the same however, the apartment I got is a one bed one bath and has grey hardwood floors all over the apartment but the bedroom and living room has grey carpets (very nice theme) The apartment overall is beautiful, nice and spacious room and living room. The balcony is also a nice size. Parking is a little bit of a hassle and I would not recommend parking my your car anywhere near the parking next to the trash dump... my car was hit by the trash truck and when I tried to get information to get it fixed the rental office people do not help. They said none of the surveillance cameras work so I had to pay out of pocket for the damages to my car. My third day in the apartment I saw one rodent run from underneath the bed and into the kitchen. There are a lot of weird insects that you will see. I keep my apartment very clean and neat so I don’t see them often, but you will see some once in a while. The people at the rental office told me you will see the rodents, even if your apartment is clean because they are looking for shelter, not food. That alone is disturbing other than the parking and rodents someone broke into my mailbox for whatever reason and the rental office still has not fixed it so for two weeks now the mailbox has been wide open. The apartment ALONE is a very nice size and beautiful inside but you will have more cons than pros. It’s now the end of my lease and they offered me to stay as a tenant with them but I declined the offer to stay and will be leaving when the lease is up. Lee mas

I am writing this review only for my present problem. I have been sleeping in the furnace for 2 nights and now this is 3rd day because my AC in the apartment is not cooling. It is so hot in here, i called the services and someone came and said that it is fixed but IT IS NOT. If i am feeling so sick because i am feeling so hot and i am sweating and i do not know what else to do about it. I am just stating what is happening right now.

I have lived here for just over a year and cannot wait to move out. If you have a fear of rodents like me DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has a serious rat infestation problem due to poor waste management. From my experience the dumpsters are always overflowing, and trash is left overflowing for days at a time, it’s so bad that while walking by you can actually smell the rotting garbage. Naturally rodents are drawn by the smell and there are several rat... burrows/colonies in the surrounding area. Arguably, the rodent population are residents at Windsor apartments. The rats in the apartment complex are massive (think, the size of a small dog) and I have seen several dead rats on the sidewalk, left for days before management removes them.
It is no surprise that rats have made their way into the apartments themselves. in January 2022 alone I saw 6 or 7 different rats in my apartment despite the fact that I have kept it very clean. I know they were different rats because I have had to take matters into my own hands and set rats traps, killing several but they just keep coming, it is truly vile.
I keep my apartment very clean, don’t leave trash overnight in my kitchen, I sweep and mop regularly; it’s a one bedroom apartment so it’s quite small and easy to keep clean, but the rats keep coming.

I have called pest control several times in the time I’ve lived here, and there were two instances where pest control did not bother checking my apartment due to a miscommunication with management, meaning that I had to wait another two weeks for them to come by.

The rats in the apartments are much smaller and squeeze in through the vents/ holes in the carpets etc, I know this because I had to seal my hvac closet with unsightly blue tape to try to keep the rats out, though they found another way into the apartment (the doorframe of the front door, I later discovered). I could go on and on about my experience with rodents in this apartment complex, it has truly been a harrowing experience, a nightmare I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I have called maintenance so many time I have given up, dealing with rodents for over a year, the only solution is to move out. It is so bad that I am embarrassed to have guests over, if I am up past 12am with lights on it’s almost guaranteed that I will see a rat running around my living room. Leasing office poorly managed, filthy place, rat and roach infested as well.

This place is truly horrible. Please stay away.
