An exterior shower is available for guests from Memorial Day weekend to the end of September. Parking is limited to two cars per guest. Beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided.

Amtrak train stations are in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available. Portland's international jetport and Boston Logan are also accessible.
No parties are strictly enforced with fines. No smoking of any kind is permitted. Early check-in/late check-out is not available between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. Yard maintenance may occur occasionally in the summer without advance notice. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
