Mixed experience - great location, poor amenities management
This apartment complex has some real positives: it's a quiet, family-friendly community where kids can safely play outside, and the location is excellent with convenient access to groceries and restaurants.
However, there are significant issues with amenities and maintenance that potential residents should know about. The gym is only accessible when the office is open, but the office has been closed "until further notice" since August, making the gym completely unavailable. Similarly, pool... access requires an attendant to be present, but there was no way to tell when they would be there. That also stopped in August when it was still hot enough to enjoy the pool.
While the maintenance staff is friendly, they seem to prioritize renovating vacant units over addressing current residents' needs. We reported a broken dryer two weeks ago and haven't received any update or even had someone come take a look.
The location and safety are genuinely great, but the lack of access to advertised amenities and slow maintenance response times are frustrating.
