Willowbrook Apartments

There’s no options for non smokers and if I don’t constantly have my windows and doors opened up my apartment smells like a musty old motel. maintenance is slow to fix issues, and no one is in the office when you need them, i had a broken deadbolt for months before they did anything about it, and it still didn’t work. The hallway constantly reeks of smoke. I have so many problems with fruit flies and ants yet i keep my place extremely clean. There are so many problems, PLEASE, FIND SOMEWHERE... ELSE Lee mas

Willowbrook Apartments in Davisonhas bedugs since February 2018. Also Stephanie the apartment manager called the police on my husband and I for pushing our groceries home in a grocery cart. My husbamd always takes the buggy back to the store and no one had a problem except Hefanie. The police had to stop chasing criminals to ask us about a buggy. I moved in here around 2014. When I first moved in here they did have some issues with certain things that needed attention with staff and management. But around 2015 Joe the manager and Stephanie in 2016 worked hard getting the place back on track. The place is much better and I am satisfied all around living here. They also have a new maintenance in charge and he does a great job giving attention to priorities. In the last couple years management and staff have invested money and time into... this place for great living experience. My outlook on Willowbrook Apartments is much better than when I first moved here, and I would recommend living here for a safe, clean and friendly environment. Lee mas

Will not let you park on the side walk to load or unload funiture so you have to walk all the way out to the parking lot with your stuff. Building is not locked anyone can walk in at any time pluming backed up all the time and the maintenance man is a 70 year old man and does not show up wen he is says it will

Would not recommend to any one

This is my first time renting an apartment. Its a little small for the price I pay just wish I could afford to get something bigger. There were issues with alot of things but maintenance was right on top of getting everything done in a timely manner.
