The mattress has a mattress protector and the pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay.
Small dogs are allowed with a one-time $149 pet cleaning fee and $40/month/pet additional fee.

The neighborhood is very safe with a lot to do in the area. The unit is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops and is also very close to the bus stop. There are many bus stops nearby as well as numerous electric scooters and bikes for rent across the street. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city.
