Leonard Hills Apartments

The building itself is old, The appliances, cupboards are all old and cheap. Building needs major renewal for the prices they are charging now. The rent has gone up 250$ a month over several years and no updates have been done to the property. Owner only replaces things when the city inspector says it must be done. Parking lot has pot holes all over and is patched yearly when it really needs to be redone. Front Entrance Door lock and buzzer has been broken for years and has not been replaced.
