Millbrook Apartments

This place has cockroaches so bad that it will never get rid of them they are in every building this place has mold problem so bad on the first floor of every building that it will never go away these buildings need to be demolished and rebuilt they should have been condemned a long time ago the maintenance has no time because they are running between Millbrook and Park Place Management company that is running the place is horrible and does not care about it at all because it is one of their... worst properties so they don't really care they would love to get rid of it if you value your safety your cleanliness without bugs your freedom and your choices to Be Drug Free around you then stay away from Millbrook it is horrible horrible horrible Lee mas

I am former resident at Millbrook. I recently moved. I have to warn people what to expect. First, the entire property has a roach infestation issue! That never was properly solved even as I moved. I never had food or trash because I was hardly at home, so it wasn't my fault for the roaches. The onsite manager gets the blame for things beyond their control. I had to call the city on the property twice! After I called the VP of American Preferred Management, who didn't do ANYTHING. They will... string you along with excuses and promises that will be kept.

The police is constantly called due to drug and ignorance of the residence. The property is in bad shape: Intercom/doors never work always broken. Car port always being taken by others and never anything done by management to get a hold on the situation. Difficult time trying to reach the onsite manager or getting a response!! I currently stay in Millbrook, my lease is up October 8 and I am definitely moving. They don't fix anything no matter how many maintenance request you put in & I can count on 10hands the same lame excuse I got "Sorry we just replaced the last maintenance man, the new ones a little backed up but he will get to you". My door buzzer hasn't worked properly since I moved in a year ago, either the buzzer doesn't ring in the apartment or it rings but you have to run down stairs and open the door. I... can't open my sliding door because they haven't replace the screen THE ENTIRE YEAR I've stayed here. Ive asked countless times. My screen is just laying aginst the wall, too mangled to even try an fix (i have tried). When my toilet got clogged on a Friday they wouldn't send anyone to fix it till Monday (imagine going an entire weekend with a none flushing toilet)even tho the lease clearly states it as an emergency. They claimed it wasn't an emergency. My air conditioner is leaking & I still haven't heard back about that. Then there's the bugs. Ants, spiders, & stink bugs. I heard when I moved in there were roaches I never had any till recently. When I called to inform them they said 3empty Apr. had roaches so they bombed them, so now the roaches are getting into my(which I keep extra clean) & other apartments. I had to fix my own leaking sink. Just save you money and find something better. Trust me. Lee mas
