We moved to Woodland Lakes to be closer to family and the country. It's been great so far. We've lived here for 5 months and the only nuisance is occasional trash because there's only one trash compactor. Other than that, friendly area, parks and walking trails nearby, 10 minute drive from grocery stores and fast food.

I love this place. It is very clean and area is also scenic. I appreciate the playground for the kids and I love the access to the highway and the surrounding stores.

I’m still very happy with my apartment. My only concern is how much my rent may go up again this year. 2 months notice really isn’t sufficient time if it’s too high to find another place to live. There’s no reason we shouldn’t have more notice but other than that I have no complaints.

Very nice living area. I enjoy the view of the pond and quietness. I am a little concerned about the increase of the monthly rent. I am on SS and it only stretches so far.
The government issues worry me ??
