Don’t move here
I moved into this community in June and have had ongoing concerns that still haven’t been properly addressed. Security has been a major issue — the entry doors and laundry room locks break frequently, leaving the building unsecured. Despite submitting multiple work orders, the repairs are often temporary or incomplete, and several requests were marked as “resolved” even though no work was actually done. The same door was “fixed” and then broke again within 24 hours.
Another major concern is the... basement flooding with sewage. This has happened more than once, leaving standing sewage water near the storage units. Maintenance marked the issue complete without fixing it, and no updates or communication were provided. This is not only unsafe but also a health and sanitation violation.
Management has been responsive in communication but not effective in action. After only a few months, I do not feel safe or confident in the condition of the property. I hope these issues begin to be taken seriously, as residents deserve a secure and well-maintained place to live.
