TEN21 Apartments

First moved in and the heat didn’t work for days. Windows are so drafty my family had to cover the windows with blankets every night the whole winter and spring. Maintenance takes forever to fix something (doors and walls are extremely f’d up from bad contractors) and getting in contact with the office is always a hit or miss. We used to go weeks without hearing back. Inconsiderate neighbors (this building seriously has some of the craziest people I’ve ever met), dogs fighting in the hallway... what seems like every 30 minutes, last minute ‘notices to enter’ multiple times a month, the police are always here… i could go on. this place is just like any other apartment complex, just aesthetically pleasing (from the outside looking in). i like the community rooms, but feel so unsafe (crazy dogs and weird people) that i don’t even use them. i’ve waited almost a year to leave this review hoping things would get better and i could leave a more positive one, but nope Lee mas
