After 8 years in my previous home, I began my search and found Encore to stand out immediately. Communication was excellent, and my agent Zara couldn’t have been nicer. Though only one unit was available during my visit, it sparked my interest, and reviewing floor plans led me to an even better choice. The short wait for availability was worth it, and I quickly secured my new home. Moving after so long wasn’t easy, but the transition was smooth. I've had a great experience living here. The community is friendly and welcoming, which really makes it feel like home. One of the biggest highlights is the exceptional maintenance team—they’re quick, efficient, and always professional. Any time I’ve had an issue, the front desk and maintenance staff have resolved it almost immediately, which is such a relief.

It’s always clean and everything is up to date, our neighbors are kind and everyone’s friendly and are unit is super cozy and spacious! We love here, so many things close by!
