If you're applying for this property, you better be perfect. My friends and I applied to rent a place here, each of us making several hundred dollars more than the total monthly rent, and each time we provided the administration the information they asked for, they'd wait several days and tell us we needed more information. This went on for several weeks until eventually none of the units were available to rent. If you're planning on applying, be wary of the false kindness you're shown by the... woman who works the office-she will ask for more and more until you're unable to give her something, and then she'll turn you down.
