The Poplars Apartments

I stayed there for 6 months and had no problems with anything to be honest. The property manager worked with me for moving in and moving out to make sure I was taken care of. Great communication and always got a response back. They worked great with the fact that I was working in the area and wasn’t sure when I’d be leaving but they took care of me and did me right. So if you’re looking for a great central location in Saginaw for a great price and the size of the apartments were far bigger than... what I had expected. I think that the new management here is doing an awesome job. The people that live here are nice also. Its location is perfect, close to everything for those winter months. Right across the street from the gym and the grocery store. I take my kids to school 6 minutes away. The difference from 2-1/2 years ago, to now, is night and day. I love it here!

I have been living at the poplars now for a little over 2 years, and I've been living with Niche properties for over 5 years I think the staff is wonderful and the popular apartments. It's very easy to get around and get things done. You have Krogers across the street plus a gym. Since they have been under New Management, the management team is one of the best teams I've ever seen and been around. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and it's a great little community to live in. I'm a... veteran and there are other veterans that live here and we all get along.
