My 22nd Year Renewal Lease Being at Park Lane Apartments has been an incredibly easy and smooth experience. The staff has always been great, maintenance people get the work done on time and my neighbors are truly nice. people. This is my 23rd year here and I am happy to call this place home.

Amazing Living! I have Lived at Park Lane Apartments for alittle over 5years and I Love these Apartments! From The Staff to all other Amenities; This is an Awesome Place! Its a Beautiful Community, for all pepole and Families. I'm a Retiree and I enjoy my space and all the people; there is so much Beauty and Friendlyness, Peace! The Staff is Great, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional, Helpful and Caring! A Beautiful Place to Live and I Love it all.

Incomplete Maintenance Requests Even though maintenance requests are usually responded to very quickly, I still have 2 requests incomplete: 1) The stool in the quest bathroom still need servicing and the light above my door is still off.

Happy but not happy Just renewed my lease, but there are still things that hasn’t been corrected since I moved in. When I moved in I informed the leasing office about a chip in my bedroom window after a year nothing has been done to replace or repair window. The 2nd bathroom sink is starting to peel, I had reported this to Leasing Office, but found out that it was never logged in for repair and still waiting as of this date. Front lawn is burnt and appears that no one is working to correct... this problem. It is an eyesore. I feel I shouldn’t have to tell this to Leasing Office ,since the lawn is mowed every week,. This should be addressed by the lawn care company.
Other than those concerns, still enjoy living in the complex it’s quiet and will keep.
