Presidential Estates Apartamentos

First I will say what I did like and then I'll go to what wasn't my favorite. I was in both the old setups they have and the new ones they built. The old apartments have a nice family set up, balconies and patios depending which level you'd like to be on, close parking to your apartment so you won't ever have a long walk too it. The new ones I wouldn't necessarily recommend to a family over a college student, young couple. Nice new appliances but no balcony or patios. What I didn't like about... the two is how much you pay versus how much you are getting out of it. They do not supply any extra garages, recreation centers, or the option to have your own washer/dryer which is important to me. Something else that I didn't like was the fact that you seem to hear every noise in the building, no security at the door, and quality of apartment is not the best, very low quality work put into them to then have them make a lot out of our rent money. The space and design are nice. The office staff are helpful and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and clean. It's been a good experience so far.
