Cedar Cliff Apartments

First and foremost it’s inexpensive, that’s the main draw. For what you pay it’s ok. Unfortunately there are a lot of problems. There are a lot of older folks living here and by and large, they are not friendly to newcomers. I’ve found the younger tenants to be a little better. The heat and hot water go out a lot during the winter and there have been a number of times where the water shuts off with no notice. There have also been 9 power outages since I moved here a couple years ago. Some... long enough to spoil food and of course, if you work from home that’s a huge problem. I would not recommend this property unless you are old and grumpy, then you might fit right in. Lee mas

Cedar Cliff apartments is a very nice apartment complex. It is the most conveniently located area I have lived in so far. It is close to the famous Mall of America in Bloomington, MN, which means you can find most any store you are looking for right down the street! It is a very affordable living space equipped with the size one needs, a parking garage when the weather isn't so great (as well as an outdoor parking area), and pets are allowed with a fair priced deposit. No need to pay for trash... removal or water usage; simply electricity and gas. There is a pool out in the back for hot summer days, as well as a beautiful courtyard area with grills and lots of plant life. The manager of Cedar Cliff Apts is very kind and willing to help in whatever situation one needs assistance. The maintenance is very precise and speedy as well. My experience with neighbors has been nothing but positive. It is a very quiet building, and nicely decorated in the lobby area. I would give this apartment building 5/5 stars, and strongly suggest it to anyone that has an interest. It is close to a highway where in a short driving distance, one can reach grocery, general stores, and strip malls. Down the road from the apartment complex, there is a spacious and beautiful nature center for hiking, fishing, and strolling through the woods. On top of all that, it is approximately a 10 minute drive to Minneapolis, MN. Lee mas

I sell apartment bldgs.and have done so for 40 years I am 70 years old..Premier rentals did 10 times over for me than I could ever have expected...I told Amy the agent at Premier what I was looking for...a top floor corner 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment..She finally found exactly what I wanted..then she asked what I would like done to the unit...I said : crown molding,chair rails in the kitchen and mahogany flooring from the entry through the kitchen into the dining room plus refacing alll the... cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom with my choice of colors Dove grey ...all the interior walls where the same color.3 inch.thick cranberry carpeting through out new kitchen countertops plus new bathroom fixtures..It took them one month to finish the job....This Dec. will be three years the longest that I have stayed anywhere..Very quite and the bldg. is kept in perfect condition even the outside has great vegetation and looks super and the other plus is the underground parking and for Minnesota that is great in the winter..CAN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE AND I HAVE SEEN THEM ALL !!!
