Eduardo the Maintenance person. Came on 2/19/25 to repair the heating vent in the living room and did an excellent job. He is alway friendly & professional.

Great Community!

The team at PCG is amazing! It is a great apartment community is an awesome area. The maintenance and office team are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I will recommend... (Verified Renter)

I will recommend the apartment to my friends or family due to the amount of space and it is a very nice apartment but there are other things that I don?t like as far as pest control .

Consistent problems with... (Verified Renter)

Consistent problems with vehicle safety/improper use of 1-ways in the parking lot and the increase in noise over the last few months has made it a less enjoyable experience. It wasn't this bad when we first moved in, but has seemed to increase within the last 3-6 months.
