Maison Green

Overall, Maison Green is truly outstanding—responsive, well organized, and a pleasure to deal with. I moved here 18 months ago, and everything has been smooth (I visited many places before finding Maison Green when moving from out of state).

Today, I requested a change in my apartment through the Maison Green portal, and just a couple of hours later, the maintenance team—Amari and Jason—arrived to take care of it. They were efficient, friendly, and very professional.

I’ve been really happy living at Maison Green. The building is consistently clean, organized, and well managed, and the amenities are easy to enjoy without feeling overcrowded or neglected. What truly sets it apart is the team. Patrick and Justin in the office are always friendly, approachable, and quick to communicate, and Amari from maintenance is incredibly responsive and thorough. Requests are handled promptly, and follow through is consistent. I also appreciate that the community keeps... improving month after month, from package room updates to thoughtful community reminders and resident events that feel intentional. I’ve been living at Maison Green for almost two years now, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible place to call home. The building is beautifully maintained, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in keeping everything in top shape. There’s always thoughtful, ongoing maintenance happening, and if something ever does come up, it’s handled quickly, professionally, and with great communication.
One of the best parts of living here is the close-knit team. It truly feels personal and you’re... not just another resident. Getting to know everyone, from Emily, Patrick, and Justin in the office to Brandon on the maintenance team, makes such a difference. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the community and the people who live here.

I would like to see more community activities organized and/or communicated by management. At least, return to posting activities (even resident led activities) on calendars posted in the elevators. Going to the resident portal every day to find ways to connect with other residents is a nuisance. Best regards and thank you for your consideration.
