West End Trails

I finally found a place that accepts my pets! It is surprising to see how many places don't take dogs now a days. But West End Trails Accepts for cats and dogs and other small animals which is awesome! And Its great that there isn't any pet rent for my cat because that can get kinda pricey! Plus the $200 pet security deposit is fully refundable which is really rare.. I cant wait for the Dog Park! The buildings are surprisingly very quiet too! Definitely check this place out!

Living here has made my life a lot easier! I work 1 mile down the road, byerly's/ lunds is 4 blocks away. We have chipotle, noodles and company,subway, papa john, Mcdonalds, caribou, starbucks papa murphys, wendy's, red lobster, culvers, Smashburger, and so many more thing ridiculously close by! Also, there is a gas station 2 blocks away! My apartment also looks great and its really spacious! Not to mentions that you have awesome neighbors!

I have never been happier with a kitchen! When i moved in 3 months ago, sure the construction was a little loud during the day, but I work from home, so I'm sure anyone who works a normal job didn't get bothered by it. I'm thrown by the negative reviews because maintenance has been nothing but great! Todd has taken care of a couple of my work requests within a day of putting it in. Also, My apartment looks even better than the model so we were definitely not tricked into taking the apartment.... They showed me mine before I even signed my lease! Layla makes sure to notify us if our work orders are going to take more than 48 hours so I really have no complaints at all except I cant to get the front door of my apartment replaced, but I was told it would happen before December. So I'm pretty excited! Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family! Lee mas

I've lived at West End Trails for 2 months now and we have had nothing but a great experience living here. All of our neighbors are really friendly! The only negative right now is that the parking lot is not done yet but we did receive notice that its getting repaved this Friday and now we are incredibly happy! I would recommend this place to everyone for sure!

I am so pleased with my choice in West End Trails. My apartment is beautiful and so homey. The staff is great especially Layla in leasing who sold me on living here, through renovations they have all been so respectful and helpful. Definitely recommend living here!
