Review for Christopherson Properties / Towner Apartments (Building 29):
I’m moving after two years due to persistent mold that management never truly fixed—just bleach and paint cover-ups. The area property manager was rude and uncaring. Maintenance seemed limited by ownership, leaving leaks and ventilation problems unresolved. The building feels rundown: one unreliable washer and dryer for the whole place, smelly carpets, and broken doors. Amenities are misleading, and common areas are... neglected. They need real plumbers to fix the constant pipe issues.the machines are so raggedy they shake during use, and many residents have figured out how to get them running for free by pushing buttons, which I actually recorded in a video to show the condition. The laundry area, along with hallways and common spaces, are often smelly and dirty because they don’t do any deep cleaning.
Carpets smell bad, doors are broken, and common areas are neglected. Amenities for kids are very limited — there’s a small park that only fits about four little kids, so older kids get bored and end up running around the courtyard, which isn’t safe.
Plumbing issues are constant and need real professionals to fix, not quick temporary patches.
Overall, I cannot recommend living here unless management seriously improves maintenance, deep cleaning, and offers better amenities for families.
