Woodland Townhomes

We have happily lived at Woodland Ct for 2 years. It is a nice townhome with plenty of room. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is a convenient walking distance for most shopping needs and a variety of dining. Sitting on the patio overlooking the pond/wooded area in back is lovely. The Manager Michelle has been completely awesome from the start. She is super nice and treats her tenants with genuine respect. Though she has a lot on her plate, she is always friendly and responsive to calls. It... is amazing how she seems to know and care about all her tenants. She ensures that rules are followed and things are kept safe for us all. Maintenance has been a challenge since covid due to challenges with finding skilled workers, but she does her best to have issues attended to in a timely manner, juggles priorities and tries to move long-term things forward.
