Conifer Ridge Apartments

We have absolutely LOVED living at Conifer Ridge apartments. Not only are the grounds beautiful (nature trails, woodsy areas, etc) but the apartment buildings and units themselves are awesome. The beautiful lobby (in each building) has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, sofas/chairs, mini-fridge, sink and an outdoor deck. The maintenance staff are super efficient and fast. The property manager is so easy to communicate with and is extremely kind, sincere and attentive to requests /needs. We would... definitely recommend Conifer Ridge to anyone looking for a cozy home! The building is so new and clean. Tenants are quiet but friendly. The property manager is so helpful and actually cares when things go wrong. The woodlands off the back are so peaceful and quiet when walking through the trails. The location is so close to Costco and tons of restaurants. I highly recommend.

Conifer Ridge Apartments are a wonderful and relaxing place to live. Management seems to care about the tenants and the grounds are cared for very well; property management communications is superb! Tenants seem to keep mostly to themselves, but are very friendly. Dogs (and cats) are welcome! The location is within 15 - 20 minutes of most places in the metro, and the property is very peaceful and feels secluded/private to a certain extent considering we are still very much in the cities. Lots of... walking/running/biking paths and open space in the area. There are multiple grilling pavilions. There is underground parking. Apartments themselves are new/modern, and offer large balconies/decks. My wife and I have lived here since 2018 and are the original tenants in our apartment. We do not plan on moving--at least until the home buying market moves from a seller's market to a buyer's market. We needed an apartment ASAP and was out of town but Linda, the manager, was able to help us remotely with the application process. She was so pleasant to work with. The place is beautiful, quiet and pet friendly. It was beyond our expectations! Thank you!

I spent a ton of time looking for the right place and it paid off! I have lived here 2 years and it is "home." My unit faces a nice wetland area and I have a fabulous balcony to drink my coffee on. There is a walking trail right out my front door that is great for walking my dog. The staff are very nice and helpful. I could not be happier with my unit and I hope to be here for a long time!!!
