This building has the potential of being really nice but the homeless problem is out of hand. Most nights there are homeless roaming the halls and sleeping in the stir well. There is no security guards so this is an ongoing problem.

Its suitable but not my choice of living i would like to move i dont prefer it

This is a very secure building with a robust police presence year round; it's unusual in fact NOT seeing some member of law-enforcement here. I've only had to ride the elevator with a perp in cuffs once, and watch SWAT set up for a raid only once, but I know it happens more often because twice I've walked by apartments that had been breached, and that was on my floor alone.

Sheriffs come here too; they arrest the ones who miss court dates. So it was the sheriffs who finally removed the... crack-head across the hall--not the police. The police had come earlier when my her girlfriend's boyfriend stabbed her. They wanted to know about the trail of blood all the way down the hall and the spot (still) on my door frame.

The partying starts around noon, the fighting by five, there's screaming and threats until dawn, and at that point you can expect fresh urine in the stairwells.

If you take one of the back stairways too early in the morning, you may have to step over the people passed out on the landings.

Six residents were found dead in their apartments in five months last year. Another drilled a hole through the neighbor's wall, stuffed the hole with rags, doused them with something flammable, and tried to set the apartment on fire. And county sheriffs cleared the building last fall to sweep for a murderer, finding him after just a few hours of lockdown.

Make friends early with one of the armed security guards, on duty 24/7. They could save your life someday! Lee mas
