Past resident
The management team is impossible to communicate with, rude, and does not care about current residents. The apartment is overpriced and disguised as a “luxury” building. The carpets are stained with dog pee and the elevators reek of pee and weed. Save yourself a couple hundred dollars a month and go to someplace down the street.

In the past few... weeks, we had the carpets professionally cleaned on every floor and this truly made a difference that many of our residents noticed immediately. We are doing upgrades to our community so that our residents have a wonderful space to work from home and to visit with friends and neighbors.
