Been here for almost 4 years and can say 100% that there isn’t a place like it. Spacious and Safe walking distance to loring park and affordable. 10/10

Honestly, for this price, you'd have a hard time finding a place as nice in this area. You can pay an arm and a leg for the luxury apartments on the block, but seeing as all of those luxury amenities have been shut down for social distancing, you're really just paying twice the price for exactly what you'd get at 333 Oak Grove St. Garage parking is also cheaper, than the luxury apartments, and comes with the same amenities - secure access and a parking stall, with tons of cameras to protect your... vehicle. Inside is pretty nice, too, compared to all the other affordable living options in Minneapolis. The walls are almost soundproof, so you barely ever hear neighbors. Whenever there's any type of issue, management contacts you about it, so you can rest assured it'll be taken care of. And, on top of that, everything you'd ever need is within walking g distance. It's a half block from Loring Park, and a short walk from the local college. There are shopping centers, govt resources, banking, and grocery stores just a short walk away. And, on top of that, it's also a short walk from the art center and sculpture gardens, and there are walking trails everywhere. It's seriously a great place. Lee mas
