poor management
Don’t expect any answers back from management. You can send emails and never get responses after weeks. You never see anyone in the office as the blinds are always closed tight and the lights are never on. They claim to be handicap accessible, yet not a single door is handicap operated. They will raise your rent $200-$600 with no notice, and not a single amenity added, yet claim to be income restricted.
Don’t expect your security deposit back, and don’t expect an answer back from management on... what they charged you for.
The only good thing I can say about this place is the maintance man, Pete. He actually cares about his job and wants to make the residents feel heard.

Throughout your residency, we enjoyed having you and Sunny as... part of the community. You were always friendly in your interactions, and we appreciated your presence and the positive way you engaged with staff and neighbors. We encourage all residents to bring any concerns to us as they come up so we can address them promptly, and we’re sorry if you ever felt that wasn’t an option.
Regarding your move-out charges, we did provide a breakdown with photos and have let you know that we’ll share the invoices as soon as they are available. If you have additional questions, we’d be happy to continue the conversation to ensure everything is clear.
Lastly, thank you for recognizing Pete — he truly cares about the residents and works hard every day to help make this a comfortable place to live.
