I signed a lease with the first month free and not only will they not honor that, they served me an eviction notice after moving in just 2 weeks ago! This is awful treatment of tenants.

My family signed a 13 month lease back in December which comes with a free month and now they will not honor it. They are also discontinuing having electric, cable and internet included in the price of rent, starting in October rent will be $30 cheaper a month which is a complete joke. So if you thought this was a reasonable place to live, think again.

We are so happy to be here! The management team is excellent..they really show that they care not only for the property but the people who live here. The townhomes are well taken care of and it is so peaceful and quiet. Not only are my husband and I satisfied but our kids are as well and that is very important to us. We are happy to call Falcon Heights Townhomes our home.

I am in love with this property! A great place to call "home". Our entire family have loved our time here and will always recommend it to others. I am currently at Falcon Heights and have signed a 2 year lease. I love it so much I even asked if we could purchase our home so our family would never have to move again. The current management is by far the best Rochester has to offer! MaryLynn, Rick & Mason have went above and beyond accomidating my requests in a timely matter to the best of there... ability. They made sure my family had place to call home and made necessary adjustments to meet our needs.our dog even loves it here too. I really appreciate all the efforts MaryLynn, Rick & Mason! Great work.

Drove into town unexpectedly and was still provided excellent service. Professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness is second to none.
Quick,efficient process from beginning to end. You will not find a harder working team. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them, and I would do it again.
